例年の道場大掃除ご協力お願いします！Help wanted for the annual year end cleaning! 12/21(Sun) 11am〜 目標10人。 Please help us the annual thorough clean up of the academy. It's a ritual in Japan to clean up right before the new year. A way to show gratitude to the things that made you as of now.

道場の大掃除にご協力お願いします！
Please join and help out to clean the academy up thoroughly before they new year comes!
各自、軍手、マスク、洗濯済みの古タオル等（少量）ご持参にてよろしくお願いします！
Bring your gloves, masks and used washer towels for wiping.
終了後、近隣にて忘年会も予定。
